It is often easy to get caught up in the demands of what I call a "24-hour news cycle", fast-paced lifestyle which diminishes our individual and collective wellness. I believe one aspect of therapy, then, is an opportunity to slow down, breathe, and ground oneself into a way of being that is more profoundly present-centered, authentic and meaningful. But this can also be difficult work, with the potential to uncover old patterns, traumas, and other thoughts and feelings that hinder this path towards wellness and being more fully present and joyful with yourself and others. Whatever comes up, I will help you work through these experiences.
